Looking for a loft space to use in my new film, 4:44

My new film, 4:44, starring Willem Dafoe and Shanyn Leigh, begins filming shortly.

We are looking for a loft space, which is 2000+ square feet in size with a terrace/patio and is preferably between the 4th and 10th floors.
